When resolving hits from a pinning weapon.

Do you test immediatly for pinning or must you wait until the end of the shooting phase ?

If you test immediatly then can you target several units with one squad. make a hit have them roll for pinning before the next model fires or do all fire have to be declared before any dice are rolled?
