Ive been to Goose Bay in Canada and was working outside in -20C with a wind speed of over 80 Knots-that was plenty cold enough for me ( iwent and hid got warm and then went and had a snowball fight
), also been in the desert when it was over 60C outside (can give you an exact figure as the thermometer stopped at 60C)
