dark eldar have been an on-going project for the past 3 years or so... basically, they require the same kind of absolute overhaul that the wood elves needed for fantasy. (which was a 5 year long project btw)
guard are likely getting plastic greatcoats as they're shiny new plastic kit.
dark elves are also coming soon, along with chaos daemons & mortals for fantasy...
