it does to conform to the FOC. and on a side note there is no dark apostle anymore

and if you only want 750pt. the termies may be to much. i like the defiler though, if you buy a chaos megaforce you'll have more than enough points for your army. granted you'll have extra models, but when has that ever been bad...
