I really like them. I was going to go Skaven but the army was too expensive at the time. I am hoping to revisit once my Red Corsairs, Howling Griffons and 6k dwarves are done.

Just to bring it up, it mentions that the harder skaven are, the darker their fur. With Stormvermin and Chieftains having nigh on pitch black fur. So it may be worth painting fur darker if you are going for a fluffy army. If not, I like that scheme as it is unusual to have a white skaven army.
