except Assassins (of any sort) don't count as Scoring Units, so no securing loot for Mr Vindicare...

EDIT: if he holds the building with so many Knights then i believe diverting around said building and picking on his foot slogging secondary force will be in order- they may be Grey Knights but a bullet will kill them as easily as any other Marine. After that it'll be a case of MY Terminators hoofing it towards the building...
