Kinda, the sisters of silence were psychic Nulls that traveled the galaxy in their Black Ships and were tasked with hunting down and transporting deadly psykers. Upon reaching full sisterhood they take a vowe of silence and communicate through sign/body language. In all truth they had nothing to do with the Sisters of Battle and are from a different time line all together.
