vox +++ never mix weapons with these guys... we're not space mainres which means we should never try and multi-task because we really can't! specialise! it's what the guard is all about. go with 2 meltaguns and look into tacking one either infiltrate or deep strike soas to get these boys closer to a juicy target!
also drop the melta bombs as they're way too expensive - just give your vet sergeant melta bombs from the armoury...+++

3c tech +++ if you want a servitor support unit, then add in an allied daemonhunter inquisitor w/psycannon + 3 gun servitors + 2 mystics. much better than the horribly expensive techpriest.

also, those command squads can be kitted out to fullfill any gap in your army... for example, 3 plasma guns + vet medic = MEQ death!+++

1 vox +++ your voxes are 100% useless as you need a vox in the command squad for the system to work. anyways, i would never rely on a vox network as they're foolishly easy to cripple!
get some heavy & special weapons into those squads as well. 10 lasguns won't kill much... they need the support of things like grenade launchers + heavy bolter/autocannon+++

it's not a bad list or anything, it just needs some re-arranging and a few add-ons... basically, you're short on boots. consider the fact my 1500pts drop troop army consists of 100 models which also includes an allied inquisitor lord + retinue & assassin!
you don't have to gunline or anything, just try and see if there's any way you add-in another 20-30 bodies to get your model count up!
