thought you only got two choices with the elite slot on the force orginsation chart. either way I would say if the grey knights can possition there heavy to provide supporting fire for the troops moving twards the objective (i know this is difficult in night fight) they could then move a squad in to take the objective and devide to flank it against and oncoming enimy assaults. get the vindicare in a offencive firing possition and move in for the enimy tanks which are not likly going to rush the objective. the death cult assasins can easily take out a unit of marines twice there size even chaos. they are going to be a essencial CC unit ....

as I said before grey knights are better at CC than chaos marines even though both units are well equiped for it I would say in this senerio although there is no clear advantage KNIGHTS would likley seal victory. but jeese this is good one both lists are monsters.
on a side note i printed both lists from my office and took them home to ponder as well as all of the former stratagy and arguments. I was up thinking about this untill one in the morning before finally coming in to work thismorning to cast my vote.
