we're going to be running a pre-heresy/heresy campaign this summer in our store using these rules... sure the special characters & half the new traits are insanely over-powered, but we're doing this one by invite only so it should work out okay.
the main this is that again, it's a pure narrative campaign so we want to keep all the idiots out of it!
