I've always thought of the Hive Mind as some big uber 'nid. Sorta' like a massive version of a Tyranid ship, but a bit more like a planet with insane mental/psychic powers.
What do you guys think? Is the Hivemind a big bug, or more of a psychic thing that all 'nids share?
