well, admitidly, the xenos 'dexes are pretty damn good both in terms of balance, distinctiveness and the ability to easily theme your army in endless ways...

the chaos 'dex has it's issues, (thanks gav!) while the imperial codicies are;
a) dark angels is easily the best one
b) guard is getting old and has some very dumb things like being able to make a supposide drop troop regiment w/huge amounts of armour?!!
c) black templars is garbage... you only play templars because you're 100% dedicated to them as their rules absolutely blow!
d) witch hunters is at least playable and competitive with certain combinations which border on broken...
e) daemonhunters is ****... thank-you mr chambers for screwing over us poor radicals who can't even use our own 'dex to make a non-screwed army!!!
f) space marines are beyond broken thanks to the traits and the insanely over-powered ass-can 'o doom...

i doubt they'll get anyone new to the company to fill gav's now vacent spot, rather i hope they get someone who will actually listen to the honourable tech-priests!

cheers!
