Unfortunately due to Disclosure Scotland certificate (you need one of these to be allowed to work with the young or vulnerable) bureaucracy - myself and my associate are not allowed to run an Inquisitor participation game. Despite the fact that we both have DS certificates for other things - I can legally be in charge of a group of children in the middle of no-where (as a Scout leader), and he can stick drills in their mouths (he's a dentist). But to be in charge of a table at a GW event you need to be a member of the Gaming Club Network - which in scotland requires having a dedicated DS certificate cos you're very likely to be in charge of children (or rather, under 18s).
