Hey Zen of Fire and Sword,

(Note this may be long, but it gives a full run down on our plans, who we are, and our goals)

We own a 40k Forum called 40kTerra, we are looking to develop strong ties with those around us. We are trying to connect with Local stores to encourage local communities.
40kTerra has been a website for gamers, created by gamers, like myself.

I was looking to create some sort of a 'networked' relationship with F&S.
Some members are also part of Ordo Fanaticus, however we are not solely based on the Northwest but worldwide. We have about 900 members climbing steadily to 1000. We hope to aim to increase even further.

First and foremost, we are proposing an exchange of links between sites. We are going to improve are sites front page and redesign the forums. If you visit our site: www.40kterra.com/forums you will find a top rotating forum that is changing, we can post anything you like there.

• Forum Design Update : We will be changing the forum's look to be more user friendly, clean, and professional, we will show you the new designs as soon as it is made. It allows various spots for advertisements.
• Front Page update: Currently our front page is BARE, but we are going to change the template design, and match out site. Then we will begin filling it with content.In the future - our next step is

Warhammer 40k Network - 40kTerra has been based on the sole idea of 'community'. We strive to be a 'community' more so than a forum. 40k Network is aiming to first get

After we setup our main website, we will begin creating 'sub' websites with different domains. For example: northwest.40kterra.com or just have a completely new name like ~~~~~.com. It would be fully associated to 40kTerra, but it will be Localized.

This means that we are cutting up the United States into regions-

West Coast, East Coast, Midwest, South West

(4 different front page websites.)

For example - The West Coast website will house all people in the West Coast United States. Those people who look at this page of the site will see ONLY West Coast Events, and Stores. This brings the direct attention you would need. Furthermore - on the forum, there will be dedicated section and area where people living in the West Coast can only see. This allows stores/events to post announcements and what not. We can e-mail West Coast users only as well. The possibilities would be limitless.

So if you wanted to promote an event like TSHFT, we would then have it West Coast Sector webpage, then also announce it in the West Coast sector forums. And we can even email out West Coast 40kTerra members about it.

We will also be connecting with all other Washington Stores - this will then allow a strong Washington user base.

Warhammer T.V. - I will be going to the University of Washington soon, and I will try to stir up a Wargaming Union there. But we are also going to start a video production and host it on 40kterra.com - We would have previews & review, how to hobby articles, tactics, parodies, and we can even do video coverage on future events like TSHFT. This would bring more people to our site, as there is no 40k site around that has even employed such.


We are are also interested in the following:
-Posting a Page Poster and/or handouts in the store to promote 40kTerra and/or in TSHFT (We are willing to work with an agreement that is reasonable for you guys).

-Sponsor Local 40k Events - ex: Prize Support for tournaments, or campaigns.
-Banner exchange
-Announcement in our monthly email newsletter.
