Default 3000 Pt. SM vs. CSM (1st battle In Germany!)

Okay, this battle is like a month old, but I want to put it up cuz I finally got the pics ready to load up. This was a game fought on a dining room table at one of my fellow soldiers houses. My opponents was a combined force of the Sons Of Narcot and Georgia Iron Fists Space Marine Chapter. So, 'ere we go!!

DEPLOYMENT

Okay, as you can see below, the battlefield was small and done up with ad hoc terrain. The Space Marines deployed spread evenly, with the iron Fist rhino in the center. Their devastators were securing the flanks, with tactical squads spaced evenly throughout. Now, knowing I had a HUGE advantage in tanks and armor, I divided my army into two groups. On the left flank i concentrated most of my infantry, reinforced by two predator destructors. On the right flank was my land raider (tranpsorting my 5 man termie squad) and 4 Dreadnoughts. Now, I put the dreads their so if they get gun happy, their rounds bounce (hopefully) off the land raider. when all was done, the field looked thus:

TURNS 1 & 2
The Imperial Scumdogs earned the first turn, so they began by beginning their advance, seeing that I had two distinct elements they began to divide to meet my forces. They had no weapons in range, and their devastators moved, so turn passed to me. I began my advance, moving my infantry forards while creeping my predators with them. On the right flank, my dreads went fire frenzy (as always seems to happen to me), but their shots miraculously bounced off the land raider and each other. For my first shooting, i fired all my tanks, and managed to eviscerate their devastator squads. WOOT,GLORY TO SLAANESH!!!
On turn 2, the Space Marines were still attempting to maneuver. i could tell my buddies were worried when I wiped most of their heavy support. The Sons Of Narcot jumped their Seraphim attached squads forward, with an Iron fist bike squad in support. I took note of the move, and quickly formulated my plan. when turn passed to me, my tanks again opened up, gunning down more troops and even blasting the Georgian rhino in the middle of the board!! Also, my Noise marines started to get in range of the assault troops, so I began to gun them down. When allw as done, the board looked like so:

TURNS 3&4
On turn 3, the Space marines finally got some shooting in. I took light casualties, the biggest one being a few noise marines. Also, the seraphim had closed to assault, but unfortunately they tangled with my Blissgiver armed lord and an Asp Champion. However, this was to be a great fight, as the Sister Superior stayed alive all the way to turn 6!!! (damn faith points). On my turn 3, I deployed my termies out of the land raider, and started to roll up their flank. I was tightening as noose, driving them slowly to the rhino wreck. I did in fact lose a predator, but I was not worried, as my noise marines were laying down a fusilade of fire. The dreads were for the most part behaving, save for two who turned ON EACH OTHER (thankfully, they saved).
On turn 4, the situation was dire for the Sons Of Narcot and georgia iron fists. I had slaughtered nearly all their hvy support, and my lord was butchering marines and seraphim with his blissgiver. The only high point was the seraphim sister superior, who was going toe to toe with my lord. As a last ditch, the iron Fists captain and squad attempted a rally at the rhino. It was not to be for long.....

Turns 5&6
at this point in the game, victory for me was academic. My only serious casualties had been my sorcerer (who got gunned down turn four after his deep strike...but not until he moved some bikes with the Lash and laughed with glee as they got butchered by noise marines), whereas they had barely 15 combined total models left alive on the table. Seeing this picture of the battlefield, I went for the jugular. The terminators completed their pincer move, along with their land raider, and I wheeled the termies into the center around the downed rhino and Georgian command Squad. The enemy put up a brave (they even managed to down one dreadnought) but futile stand, and only the apothecary was the sole survivor from my Dread assault. My lord, along with a sqaud of noise marines FINALLY cut down the seraphim sister, and by endgame I was left with posession of the field.

ENDGAME
I hate to say it, but this was a butchery out of hand. My buddies played well, but my advantage in armor put the hurtin on them right from the get go. When all was over, they barely had 10 total models on the table. This was a fun, relaxing game. GLORY TO SLAANESH!!!
