I just started collecting Eldar myself, and don't have a good winning streak as yours yet ^ ^ (I'm working on it!) but I noticed you don't have any vehicle's. My best unit thus far is a full squad of Dire Avengers in a wave serpent.

My first Eldar army was nothing but 4 squads of five man team pathfinders with 1 dire avengers squad, Eldar Wraithlord, Phoenix Lord, and a 5 man team of wraithguard. I got my butt whooped. But my Dire Avengers squad always got their points back, and I think you could use them more strategically if you put them in a Wave Serpent.

I was very iffy on the Reapers, a lot of tactical posts don't like them because they are move or fire, need line of sight and there are lvl 1 models. For me, I had to give the exarch the tempest launcher because that changed their weapon to a barrage weapon, but that makes them a lil over 150pts for three models. I think it is worth it for me since I go up against a lot of Guard players, but I'm not sure how effective that will be against Tau.

In a nut shell, try more tanks! ^ ^

(Also, you can always try proxing Harlequins and reapers to see how they do in your army before committing money to them)
