yeah but i think the whole point of the two expunged ones is to leave an element of creation in the 40k universe... so that someone can come up with their own chapter that fills the empty space... i know some people who have done similar. if they fill the gap then people will no longer have the ability to create their own first founding chapter or chaos legion from their own ideas. the way it is now IMO is the best
