I just got a huge bag of bits and things in the mail im in on this one for sure

so we take bits and things and make a weapon I get that but are we allowed to modify a existing weapon and tweak it out. Or do we have to make something from scratch.

also it says it has to be a weapon held by a mini but you said a few posts ago it does not have to be heald by a mini. does this mean that it had to be a personal weapon ( not a tanks gun ) but does not ahve to be photographed with the unit that is going to be holding it
