Well they accept Psykers and some of the more liberal Inquisitors have mutants with them, but yeah for a Sister to have wings goes against their "pure" mindset. Her wings must be part of the armor.
As for getting better pictures, try taking a picture outside when it's nice an sunny. Wait until a cloud passes over you, and snap a picture, should be nice and bright with no sun glare.
