Sorry i couldn`t read everything (i`m horribly exhausted, i can barely type) but... you need to do something else. anything else. something that will calm you down

Remember that however ****** it gets, you`re the one that can make it better.

People do dumb things. Making them see their error won`t always help. (take me for example, i know a whole lot more then most people about a lot but yet i still make dumb choices every single day, and i know they`re wrong while i`m doing them but yet i can`t stop).


So... try to keep a level head, choose your words very carefully and get things straight.

Your main priority at this point should be comforting your wife.
