The black ink on the fur of his cloak is definately one thing I was thinking of. After the inking on the fur clock I would go over it with a very light drybrush/highlighting of a light tan colour. Not sure what brand of paints you use. For the Red cloak I would use a brown or red ink depending on if you want it to look dirty or not and then once again a very light drybrush of a lighter shade of red.
On the skin I would use a light ink of some sort of chesnut or light brown ink to really bring this bad boy to life. If you want the more ghastly look than use a 2/1 mix of water and Green ink and then highlight with a putrid flesh or some form of off white/pink colour.
