this is for eldar im guessing? why do you want this? in my opinion it would mess up the sleek look of the grav tanks. their tech is such that it doesnt need 'simple' things like that.
but what i would do is to make a cylinder like engine, with a fan in the front, and have it taper down a little towards the back. i would reccomend searching for modern vectored engines, or a hovercraft engine for referance.
