Nice start on the first mini. The flesh tones are very well blended as well as the armour and the skull. I am curious to see what you have planned for the base. As far as the plasma pistol, I agree with Monkey, that it just seems a bit lacking, like a green glow or that effect. I also love the small detail on the headband and grenade. Very nice mini.

I will see you @ GD as I plan on attending with my Plague Zombie marine army.
