Looks pretty good there Stitch. My only concern is your units are some what small. Just a few causulties and it brings them below scoring status and there is not speed to your army. I assume that you are hoping that your Lord survives long enough to get up to the enemy and then using his Icon to drop deamons and Termies all over the place.

I might find some room for a rhino or two (they are only 35 pts for Chaos!) or bump up your squads to 7 models that way they have to kill 4 instead of 3 to take away there ability to be a scoring unit.
