Well the plan was to do in resin BUT this is a footprint of almost 30 inches by 16 inches by 10 inches, so resin would be expensive not to mention heavy. and the walls would have to be at least 1' thick too. the current plan is for "Gatorfoam/Gatorboard" which is like foamcore but made from tougher materials. It is cheaper than resin, harder than foamcore but similar in weight.

LMAO!!! I hated the OSHA inspectors!!! they are a PAIN! But i do think a little ledge and a handrail type thinger would be cool. it would look more "complete" that way.
