If you don't feel like spending $60 plus on IA 5, on the GW website they have doctrines for using various IG army variants (Ad Mech, Genestealer Cult, etc.). One of these includes Blood Pact, which as you may know is the infamous Traitor Guard devoted to Khorne.
I think the doctrines they give will work for Traitor Guard in general, check it out.
