GREAT!!! I got ideas!!!
Make your own razor wire. There are several tuts here and I have a very simple tech that is effective. I'll make a tut soon but till then here is the best looking/closest to GW razor I have seen By our very own Juddski!
Barbed wire
Now for the ballast and flock....Wood glue the ballast EVERYWHERE on the board. then use a thin coat of watered down wood glue coat the ballast. then paint or wash as you see fit. after it dries get the good ole superglue and superglue spots of static grass where you see fit!
