just choose to loot weapons from a smurf devastator squad! now you get upto 4 heavy weapons!
or for something much more light-hearted, try looting a bunch of sniper rifles from a scout squad!lol. sure you're still only as accurate as a basic guardsman, but orks with sniper rifles simply sounds too funny to pass up!lol.
