Well if your lookin to UN bend( or bend!!) Resin I might suggest Very hot water. Now i will caution you as the water will be hot (duh!!) so dont burn yourself but boil some water and get soe hemos or pliers and submers it for 20-30 seconds. then place on countertop and try to bend into place quickly. If still to stiff try it again. if still no then try another method. this has worked for me before but not on FW stuff. never tried with them!!
