Let me get this straight.....3000 points, NO FOC, just whatever you want for 3K?? Sounds interesting. Send me your lists and I'll custode.

NOTE --FOC chart is not going to be used BUT all upgrades and wargear WLL BE TO CODEX!!! IE you can have 2 troops and 9 HQ BUT all enteries MUST be upgraded via the codex outline. Fair??
