In-laws part 2

Ok heres the recent up date. So my sis in law has been getting her butt kick by her bf for the past year. Has cause alot of stress through out the family. He banned my wife and i from seeing there kid.
Now couple weekends ago the jerk calls my mother in law and tell her that he needs a break from my sis in law and the baby, and if she could pick them up, take them in for the weekend. From the weekend it turned into 2 weeks. The monday after that he decides to dump her. Now the whole "take them for the weekend" deal really got everyone upset as is it.
So we go to move her out. Mind you after all the stuff she has put my wife and i through there was no hesitation by my part as to saying yes to helping her. We move her out and we take everything! the only thing left was the bed which we left a surprise for him on it, and a dresser.
So now he has been whinning about seeing his kid. Its well known that when he had them he would do absolutly nothing for his own baby. My sis in law put on a PFA ( protection from abuse ) order on him, which i thought was the best thing to do. everything was going good untill............she decided to left that order off!
Right now things are just frustrating! I hope she gets her mins on the right track and decides to have no contact at all. Not to mention that if she decides to go out with the guy again that my wife and i are going to sue her for the custody for the baby. Which in kansas if the baby has a unfit mother and father it is perfectly legal to do!.

| |  well you have more patience than me i would have been sent straight to prison for what i would have done. every one in life goes throught this kind of stuff its how we come throught that determen who we are iam a beliver in karma and hopefully karama has a plan you shall be in my preys also. |
