and hes wonderin what stuff he needs

A codex would help. Once he's got that, he just needs to see what he wants, based off the army list and FoC requirements, then he can get whatever he wants. The new 'dex has new options, so a Warboss and two Ork mobs aren't necessary for starting.

well if your brother is getting into orks then i suggest you wait several more months for the 5th ed boxed set
but get a codex in the mean time

Agree with Rom...if he wants Orks Wait a touch. you can get the NEW 5th ED rules and models at a smokin price, but for CHEAPOS like me......many Orks guys will be selling off some models for the newer ones so real cheap prices!!!

The codex is a definate must! Its has 3 good army lists in it that he can use as step in the right direction. then depending on what he finds he likes, he can make an army that fits his tastes! be it a Green tide, Speed Freaks or like me as many random dice that cause funny things to happen!

he'll have a Proper WAAAGGHH! in no time!
