Indeed, I'm a footslogger at heart and now I see the army having more of a sporting chance. Just seeing all those hundreds of boyz charging the enemy lines brings a warmth to my heart.

Actually playing with the new codex, I have more of a problem getting my slugga boyz into a good scrap before my shoota boyz just kill off the whole opposing squad. I don't care who you are, that many bullets, with a decent range now just stings. Not to mention they can actually FIGHT in cc.

I definitely miss mobbing up though... I once ended up with all my boyz running away, only to mob up back to strength with THREE TIMES the number of Big Shootaz normally allowed! Ahh that was a good scrap. Still lost, but all the same

Ikarus, do the math: 30 shootaz= 60 dice. On average I field two 30 strong units, capable of (on a good day) taking out entire conscript platoons! Get some Shooty gitz lad!
