forget the Zombies - take more ghouls. 14 at least

make the skeletons 30 max. they cant have pikes - do you mean spears? if so put spears - pikes have their own rules.

use spare points from reducing the skeletons and ditching the zombies to buy another unit of ghouls. and give each unit a crypt Ghast

the vampire is illegal. avatar of Death is redundant unless you are wanting a great weapon in which case dont bother with a magic weapon - if you want a magic weapon - you can only have 1! give him Summon Ghouls instead of AoD

personally i would squeeze another vamp in over the necromancer - but if you keep him you would be better off with a power stone than a magic weapon

seriously, never, ever leave home without one of these beauties!+++

swap the banner of the dead legion which is rather redundant considering the size of this unit, for the 'banner of the endless nightmare' which gives you an extra rank bonus for static combat res! (allowing you to hit a static res of 6!)+++


Zombies x14 -56pts
+++ lose them for dire wolves. fast cavalry is so powerful for counts who are typically slower unless you can get the danse macabre working. having some cheap, fast march blockers/flanking units is a god-send!+++

Crypt Ghoul x10 -88pts
+++ needs more bodies to be really effective... lose some skellies and add onto this unit!+++

1191pts
now, here's the big nasty plan 'o DOOM!
- skellie unit of 30 w/banner of the endless nightmare
- include battle standard w/war banner & walking death power
so, this gives you the following 'static' combat resolution;
4 ranks, +1 for banner, +1 for battle standard, +1 for warbanner, +1 for walking death, +1 for outnumber = 9 combat res!!! very, very few things can overcome that!

you need a corpse cart and it's also a very good idea to include the book of arkhan for the bound danse macabre... (lose the scepter de noirot) danse will make or break your army so make sure your necromancer also takes it too! without the ability to march/extra movement, the undead are horribly prone to being out manouvered and neatly surrounded!

i'm not saying your list is bad - it simply needs some refining! alot of what i know about counts has come from watching our one staffer massacring his last 14 opponents! (and over corse the combat res trick which just took some very carefull reading!)

just to add to that - stitch recommended the corpse cart - i highly do too, upgrade it with Balefire rather than the unholy lodestone as it will just enhance your anti magic and improve your magical dominance!
