Default The Holy "Orb" of Antioch

You Black Templar players should recognize this. Here's an exerpt from Monty Python and the Quest for the Holy Grail. It's the part about the Holy Hand Grenade.

"Holy Hand Grenade of Antioch..." he said. Now, what's this in the Black Templars codex armory?

Hmm, too bad I don't have a pic handy of the actual Black Templars Holy Orb of Antioch bit. It looks all too much like the Holy Hand Grenade.

Thought you 'gents would like this.(hey mods, are there too many rules showing?)

Well, I can't believe someone hadn't already posted the clip. Don't need to watch it, I've seen the Holy Grail at least 25 times, seriously. Now, I wonder of Black Templars use theirs to kill Caaerbannogs?

Oh no, we have started quote madness. "We're knights of the round table, we dance ere were able, we do routines and opera scenes, and footwork impeccable. We dine well here in Camelot, we eat ham and jam and Spam alot!" "We're knights of the round table, our shows are formidable, but often times we're given rhymes that are quit unsingable. We're opera mad in Camelot, we sing from the diaphram alot!" "In war we're tough and able, quite indefatigable, between our quests we sequin vests and impersonate Clark Gable, it's a crazy life in Camelot..... I have to push the pram alot"

Ya I always take the Holy Orb into battle so "mine enemies shall snuff it." Its actually a quite good piece of wargear IMO. Plus the blatant reference is hilarous and makes it all the better in blow up orks.

Would it be worth telling you all that my world history class started watching the Holy Grail because we started learning about the middle ages?
Didn't GW make a limited edition rabbit model for the opening of some store over in England?

Are you joshing? Either your instructor is the most terrible ever, or wickedly cool. Hmmm. I wanna say cool, but I am uptight about history, I take it very seriously. Dang it guys, now I wanna watch it again. My wife hates it, so I quote it all the time (I sing the "Knights of the Round Table" song at least once a week) just to annoy her, lol.

He's a really cool teacher, and a good one too. He knows a lot more than any other teacher I've had in the past, and seems to care about history a lot more than any of my previous teachers, too. I've learned a ton of new stuff I'd never even heard of from other teachers, and hey, if he tries to make it fun for us it just makes him even cooler!

Well, then kudos to him. If he helps you learn while making it fun, then bless his heart. Too many teachers nowadays just don't care enough about their students. Listen well to him my friend, because education is very important. Don't just learn in class, make an effort to learn on your own, and especially read more on the things that interest you. I got hooked on WW2 about 7 years ago, and now I read anything I can get my hands on about it. Now, I remember things about military history without really trying, and when you do that, it really makes you feel good about yourself. "I'm French, why do you think I have this outrageous accent?"

Actually, "sod" means something more akin to what we Colonials call a Dumba*s, or something of the sort. Sh*te means feces.
