I wanted to know if anyone hknows if Devastator Squads will be alowed for Black Templars, I don't know if this a dumb question or not but I don't know.

it wouldnt make sense for them, because they are close combat oriented, through and through. heavy support for them is predetors and perhaps inquisition allies.
