Sadly they seem to have removed the details on most of the factions, but they do have an incredibly indepth article on Thorians, sorry I assumed the original article would still be there.
trust me to make a statement without checking to see if it was still valid

well to be honest im supposed to be working on that article.

lets see first ill do puritan and the radicals

Puritan: Those who hold true to the lore first taught to them by the Masters of the Inquisition. They value traditionalism

Thorians: take their name from sebastian thor. they believe that the emperor acted through Thor and that the Emperor's soul can be reborn again if another person of suitable piety and holiness can be discovere.

Amalathian: seeks to maintain the status quo of the Imperium. They believe that change (if change is necessary at all) should be slow and measured. They decry those philosophies that espouse vilolent change and upheaval.

Monodominants: believe that it is mankinds destiney to rule the galaxy and that the only way this can be achieved is by the extermination of every one of the Emperor's enemies.

Radicals: believe that they can use chaos against chaos.

Xanthism: advocates the use of warped base weaponry such as daemon possessed swords etc.

Horusians: sub sect of xanthism, are trying to resurrect a being filled with chaos energy like horus and that his death was a shame.

Recongregationism: believe that it is best to rebuild the imperium from scratch.

Istvaanism: highly believe that humanity can only benefit during times of war. hold high the belief of survival of the fittest.

the radicals can be found on wikipedia here the link

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Inquisi...he_Inquisition

all of my info is from the Daemonhunters codex pages 10-11

If you download the free rules for Inquisitor from Specialist games they have a good amount of information about the different sects and there relationships.
