| The heavy bolter has a slower rate of fire, but a MUCH more deadly payload. The multilaser will rip you up, but due to the way las tech works, can easily be protected against. With this in mind, I say the heavy bolter.

 | the Heavy Bolter. super-heavy caliber bullets. the multi-laser is more a continuous stream, right? the heavy bolters is still a fast machine gun.

Blog Entries: 5 | For your consideration: A bolter shell is more powerful than a .50 cal.. A heavy bolter is to a bolter what a .50 cal is to a .22 or .38 caliber.... A multilaser my have more power in it, but it's 'AP' is to show that is can be easily stopped.

Also, I'd imagine multi-lasers are more high-maintenance than Heavy Bolters. The former works on complex systems while the latter uses, in the most basic sense, the same kind of firing mechanism as modern weapons.
