|  ..THE Imperial Guard PROJECT.. OK her it goes i am going to do a Imperial Guard army... so here it is..LETS GET STARTED!!!!!!! ok today i got a command-squad and a 10 man Imperial Guard squad ('dont ask about the other 10') an now painting it i will post pics later...

| great man, I have an older guard codex (3rd ed.) and although I don't have the money to start a Guard army, I wouldn't mind getting some models. The guard is cool, orks and marines might be classic, but the idea of 100+ models, plus 2-3 leman rusess hitting the floor each game is so sweet. Just want a while and Stitch will come on and rant about how great drop troops are

Welcome"- =the commissar at the other end of the room spoke= -"You called?"- -"Yes.. i got something to tell you...."- =the commissar stepped forward= -"We...lost Tanith.."- -"YOU FOOLS!!!!!"- =the tech priest gave the commissar a cold look= -"Tanith will be avenged"- -"BY...WHO!"- -"You..."- -"WHAT??"- =the commissar gave the priest a scroll= -"whats this then"- -"your world.... forge world ..VAMPIRIC... is to make a army and here is the plan"- =the commissar left the room= =====ends===== ...so my army is the ..13th VAMPIRIC ARTILLERY company.. YA!!!!!!

| An army of Vampires? Interesting idea man. Artillery Company? Are you going to be using the Armored Company rules (you get basilisks as troop choices IIRC), or just 3 bassies and a bunch of mortar support squads?

NOT VAMPIRES!!!!!!!!! i just thought the name is cool... and i am not useing AC rules...just IG rules but Artillery like but the army is more like a......'diffrent' type of IG. they hate the CADIN 8th because THE B****** think there the best. and one time i was playing with a cadin 8th player and he left me to die......... so ya and here is a armylist with only teams not upgrades...... HQ command squad 2 support teams of heavy bolters 2 support teams of lascannons TROOPS platoon; delta 5 squads and command squad ELITES harden fighter squad Storm Trooper squad (not for deep striking or infiltrating) Storm Trooper squad (not for deep striking or infiltrating) HEAVY SUPPORT 3 Basilisks ya..................

| Just one problem... In case you didn't notice, you only have ONE troop choice... you need 2. (the platoon system can be a bit confusing). Also, IMO, Missile Launchers are much better, as they are cheaper and are more versatile. Other than that... the list doesn't look bad, if not a bit elite.
