hmm...bionics is a good choice, i might have to say that. any wargear that makes you turn your model on it's side gets my vote, for that matter, lol

purity seals on a space marine is kinda high up there too, but it's not a general or resounding, NO, so i guess bionics wins...for now

good question haha, i'll keep an eye on this one, it definitely caught my attention :]
