|  The Battlefield 40k Tournament! Right guys, this here is for the BF40k tournament! This is how it will work. Make up one 2000 point list, and this will be your list for the entire tournament. It can be as power-gamey as you like, just be aware that everyone will be making nasty lists! No forgeworld units can be included, and only official forces can be used (that means no Armoured Companies, but I think I'll make an exception with Kroot Mecenaries) The lists will then be played off against each other, and you can vote on other peoples games (but not your own). You won't know who you are playing next, so that doesn't matter. If you are interested in taking part, please add you names here. When we get 16 interested people this thread will be locked, and only the people who have added their names can take part. Good luck! Here's a breakdown of the rules (thanks Stitch!) - Armies to chosen to 2000pts max!!! - Only 1 force organization chart is allowed. - The Standard Missions chart will be used. (ie; 1HQ & 2Troops minimum) - Each army is to use the most current version of its army list. Dark Angels will only use the newest 'dex- if you don't have it just make a different list for another army. - You don't need to own the army to use it - Only proper codex armies, (ie; codex: Space Marines) to be used. The following chapter approved lists may also be used: + Kroot Mercenaries, +speed freaks list (codex: armageddon) + Lost and the damned (codex: eye of terror) + Space Wolves 13th company (codex: eye of terror) + Ulthwe Strike force is a no, as that would go against the newest codex availabe rule (as points listings have been changed, they can't be used) - Unit totals must be included for each IC & unit. - All lists must clearly list which section of the army list a unit is taken from. (ie; HQ, Elites, Troops...) - Only units listed in the codex can be used, and if you can take allies from another codex legally (1 FO chart) then they can be used too. So can Kroot Mercs for armies that allow. - Power gaming armies are allowed! So think up the most evil list you can, but everyone else will too!

| Cool! We need a couple more Custodes, and hopefully Ikarus will chose them before this starts, but if they aren't chosen by then I may hold on a little bit longer before starting this (thanks for the advice Erus!)

 | Im kool with this, sign me up for it please. I have my Revised 2K Kroot Army List. I will revise my 4K Army List, and get it all sorted. then I will have my 2.5K - 2K Cadian Army List Revised and sorted out, then we will have 2 Army list from me.

| to be honest, every army has a weakness, or a Limtation. For Example, Kroot, They dont acsess to Armour, but have Evolutionary Adaptions

| yep! i think we'll be needing another custodian as well... (hint, hint good lord ikarus?!) hopefully this won't start till the end of the month though as i'm barely near my comp anymore! (yep, you guessed it hockey has become my life and having the rinks shut down twice now along with zambonies breaking down hasn't helped matters!  )anyways, i just thought of another bit to add to the rules list - the 'campaign codices'... before we're asked, we should include the following: - speed freaks list (codex: armageddon) - lost and the damned, space wolves 13th company & ulthwe strike force lists (codex: eye of terror) any others i'm missing??! also, i take it that we'll only be allowing the new 4th edition codex: dark angels??? cheers!

| My list is done... just needs a bit of tweaking. The only problem would be the fact that the longer it sits on my desktop, the more I want to edit it!!! No! Would it be a good idea to tell what our army lists are, after everyone's done them?

| Well, once we're sure all the lists are correct it doesn't really matter who see's them- as long as everyone has sent them! On the league table I'll just put down the name and army of the person competing.
