Default BF Maps: Taking it a step further?

Custodes, I know we already have the map making skill pretty much done so is there anyway to give a copy of the map with both deployment zones marked and have the two participants deploy their troops like in a real battle? Just throwing ideas out...

that would be extreemly dificult as the map would be passed 3 times as an attachment in for each unit placed.

Custode ---> player 1 ------> Custode -------> player 2 ------> custode ----------> on and on and on. and could take upwards of a month to get it done an ont the battlefield.

Deployment zones is easy and i usually put them on my maps though.

actually in game deployment operates one unit one player at a time when I play I react to how my opponet deploys as well as what ultimatly is best for me. deployment in this way would take a month

EDIT: sorry more like 6-9 months

The fact we have maps at all is only because Steve hit up on the idea of including simple Paint created ones (kudos again there Steve). I know I included a 3D map for the Hairy vs. Dragoon fight but thats going to be the exception not the norm, I'll include 3D maps of some sort for only the truly epic battles (like maybe the final battle of the Catrian Prime Campaign if Steve approves it). Actual deployment would be...difficult as people have said above.
