Lord of the Night - 40K Terra

Ok, first, I don't entirely like it simply because it's night lords. It actually is a good book. The writing and overall story is suberb, I mean, it deals alot with the Night Haunter, in a personal way. I suggest it to EVERY ONE. Oh, and it has Night Lords...::falls down laughing::. No seriously...read it...now...

But in all honesty, it is a GREAT book. A very nice look into the Night Lords mentality and everything else. Also an interesting take on Chaos in general.

Yeah it's a great read in between heresy novels. Where you really need your primarch fix. Also does a nice mind job on you. Great characters pretty unique too.

Loved every page of it-was one of the best Space Marine books I had read in a long time (Id just suffered my ay through several CS Gotto books).

Im hoping they use the plot hook at the end to do a sequel...!

there was never any doubt as to wether or not kurze was dead.
its alpharius we have to worry about....

Needs a sequal though...I mean I myself am going nuts! I also heard there was rules for Zso Sahaal in a white dwarf, has anyone else heard that? If so, then Jeremy we are gonna start using special characters my Pink and Purple friend.

It has a strange method of writing, tonnes of irony, more than I've seen in a long time.
During the book we are forced to sympathise a lot more with the Chaos marine than with the supposed good guys...who are just simply cold hearted and evil.

That is of course when he isn't horribly mutilating innocents and stringing their corpses from light posts by their own intestines.
Gotta have a hobby.

Inspired me to collect Nights Lords, That said If a single Night Lord can bring a hive to at knees (sure he had help, but he had to convince them first), it makes me wonder how the imperium has survied 13 black crusades.

Also a eldar-controlled Inqusitor is a interesting idea

I think I read this book while I read Dune. It was good as far as I remember.

It does tend to hurt the brain. However, I can say I did very much so like the book 'Lord of Night'. Gave a good look into a Chaos Marines mind, and how not ALL the traitors are whiny, sniveling debased slaves.
