| they should come out with some sort of formula to make your own ICs or a specail book with tons of them (to be converted by players) i remember when they didnt make IC model they were strictly conversions but there were alot of ICs

| See, I'd like that. And I know that the whole upgradability thing and IC being available at any point battle would seriously bring up game balance issues... Seath told me back in the day you could have HQ's who could fight half an army on their own. But see, the unfortunate thing is that Shadowsun using an experimental suit would then make sense to have experimental systems... and in such a close range weapon like Fusion Blasters, it's even more valuable. |

| ohh yea in second edition you could have a special charater wipe out an entire army but how the rule are now it cant be done what im talking about would be a book with 1 or 2 characters from different marine chapters that dont have a dex and the same with all teh other races just characters nothing OTT
