I don't know much about 'Nids, but I do know this: your list appears quite fearsome.

"Most importantly, seeing a large number of models on the board has a great psychological impact on your opponent. If he looks across the table and thinks, 'There’s no way I can kill all of that,' you are already on the path to victory." - Marshall Jansen

Hmm... this guy look great... with the wings, you'll move fast, and then you can bust up squads w/ all those shots, plus, with 2D6 Armor pentatration, you can still do a decent bit of damage to tanks.

Elites:

3 Lictors

240 pts

From what I've heard, lictors are better as a scare factor than an actual unit. And, the few times I've faced one, it did NOTHING. If I was using this army, I would replace these with some raveners...

Troops:

8 Genestealers

128 pts

8 Genestealers

One problem with these guys... YOU NEED EXTENDED CARAPACE! Believe me... with only Sv 5+ you will get OWNED. It does add to their cost, but it is so worth it.

Oh, and while you're at it, consider a broodlord... most viscous CC model I've ever seen... on the charge, 5 I7 power rending attacks... scary.

16 Termagaunts

96 pts

Not sure why you're using these guys, actually. If I were you, I'd drop them for more 'stealer points. That, or drop 'stealers for more gaunts. As, honestly, you'll need a lot more than 16 to get these guys across the table in 1500pts, IHMO.

16 Hormagaunts

160 pts

Evil, evil, evil units! The worst thing that can happen to someone when facing these guys is CC on turn one...

Heavy Support:

3 Zoanthropes with warp blast and synapse

195 pts

The only problem with these guys is the lone lascannon sydrome. but, other than that, they look great.

Carnifex: 2 pairs of scything talons, tusked, toxin sacs, adrenal glands(WS), and reinforced chitin(not sure if I should take reinforced chitin)

136 pts

I would dump reinforced chitin. Also, just as a suggestion, make this guy a ranged 'fex. Give him a twin-linked Barbed Strangler, toxin sacs, and enchanced senses. That's a BS3 twin-linked S9 Large Blast... very tasty. And, honestly, the 'fex is quite slow, making it hard to get into CC.

Carnifex: venom cannon, barbed strangler, and enhanced senses

148 pts

Love this guy.

Army Total: 1500 pts exactly
Your army, as it stands, is great... the above are just a few suggestions one how I would build a 'nid army.

+++ add on toxin sacs for sure; S4 isn't much to write home about, S5 however on top of the living ammo will reap even whole squads of space marines!
and perhaps add toxic miasma to help protect her in combat as well... (that -1WS penalty is dead handy!)+++

Elites:

3 Lictors
240 pts

+++ perhaps drop 1 so you can get those other upgrades for queenie...+++

Troops:

8 Genestealers
128 pts

+++ genestealers draw lots of enemy attention. i'd give one squad the extended carapace upgrade for sure, and perhaps add scuttlers to the other two broods to make them seem like the bigger threat?! (either way, you want scuttlers on at least 1 brood!)+++

16 Termagaunts
96 pts

+++ if you're thinking of using these guys as pure bullet catchers, go for spine gaunts instead as they're even cheaper! you can't say no to 5pts per bug!+++

16 Hormagaunts
160 pts

Heavy Support:

3 Zoanthropes with warp blast and synapse
195 pts

Carnifex: 2 pairs of scything talons, tusked, toxin sacs, adrenal glands(WS), and reinforced chitin(not sure if I should take reinforced chitin)
136 pts

+++ keep in mind this guy is super slow... i'd keep him as cheap as possible and just use him as a good 'ol bullet magnet! (better your opponent shoots this gribbly than queenie!)
also, take the +I adrenal gland before the +WS one. I2 means you strike before power fist/thunder hammer armed models which can make all the difference... (ie: if only 1 or 2 other models besides the power fist equiped sergeant are in the 2" kill zone, you can use torrent of blows to pick out that annoying power fist!)+++

Carnifex: venom cannon, barbed strangler, and enhanced senses
148 pts

+++ i personally prefer to simply twin-link one of the big guns to ensure i get more hits overall... a venom cannon at S10 is nice, but consider that it can't cause penetrating on most vehicles.
if you want a real 'all-rounder' for anti-tank, consider 2x twin-linked deathspitters. it's essencially a carnifex with a twin-linked autocannon and it's dead effective vs skimmers too and for cheap!+++

Army Total: 1500 pts exactly
it's a little light on bodies for a nid list, but with 24 'stealers and 16 hormagaunts, you can hopefully make it into combat fairly quickly...
those 'stealers especially will be a right pain if you upgrade them to scuttlers as they'll get a scout move before the game even starts!

cheers!

Ok, here's my revised list. Again, feel free to post opinions on anything. I have a quick question. What do I put on the models to represent scuttlers and extended carapace?

HQ

Hive Tyrant: 2 twin-linked devourers, toxin sacs, enhanced senses, toxic miasma, wings

167 pts

Troops

10 genestealers with extended carapace

200 pts

8 genestealers with scuttlers

152 pts

9 genestealer(scringey on points)

144 pts

16 hormagaunts

160 pts

16 hormagaunts

160 pts

16 spinegaunts

80 pts

Heavy Support

3 Zoanthropes with warp blast and synapse

195 pts

Carnifex: 2 twin-linked deathspitters and enhanced senses

123 pts

Carnifex: 2 pairs of scything talons, adrenal glands I, and tusked(yea I know still melee. I'll probably change it later but that's how I have him atm)

117 pts

Army Total: 1498 pts

+++ for scuttlers; it's a bit tricky really as it's more or less that the tyranids are adept at being super sneaky! like the infiltrators skill, you don't have to model it... (and if an opponent argures, then simply ask them why they haven't modeled say their own infiltrate or deep strike or similar skill!)

the new genestealer kits come with the extended carapace upgrade on the sprue: it's the extra armour plates which fit over the arms!+++

HQ

Hive Tyrant: 2 twin-linked devourers, toxin sacs, enhanced senses, toxic miasma, wings
167 pts

+++ oh it's so damn tasty! you'll love this bug to death.
the only other thing i forgot to mention last time was bio-plasma. note that it always hits on a 4+ no matter what the unit type is! (ie: you can puke all over skimmers on a 4+ instead of only a 6!!!)+++

Troops

10 genestealers with extended carapace
200 pts

8 genestealers with scuttlers
152 pts

9 genestealer(scringey on points)
144 pts

+++ make it 8 strong for scoring unit purposes and you should hopefully have some pts for scuttlers??? if not, then take flesh hooks and use these guys for assaulting dug-in enemy units or units who think a high vantage point will protect them!+++

16 hormagaunts
160 pts

16 hormagaunts
160 pts

16 spinegaunts
80 pts

Heavy Support

3 Zoanthropes with warp blast and synapse
195 pts

Carnifex: 2 twin-linked deathspitters and enhanced senses
123 pts

Carnifex: 2 pairs of scything talons, adrenal glands I, and tusked(yea I know still melee. I'll probably change it later but that's how I have him atm)
117 pts

+++ don't worry about it being slow... it's more or less a giant bullet-catcher! people see big scary gribblies and they automatically think that it'll rape their entire army if it gets anywhere close.
of corse, you want your opponent to focus fire on this poor little gribbly because he's gloriously cheap and yet can still take a beating! when your opponent finds out they've just spent say 2 turns of dedicated shooting taking down a measly 117pts and ignored the vast bulk of your smaller gribblies, they'll start to cry at their foolishness!+++
Army Total: 1498 pts

hope this helps,
cheers!
