| Conscript ![]() | green stuff is used in coverting models by mixing the two coulers togerther (blue and green) until it is just green. then do what ever you need to do with the modeling object. then just wait for it to dry hard. when it goes hard you can paint it like usual models.

| The Omnissiah ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | "Modellers when making extra detail on their miniatures use modelling Putty. This can range from simply adding a pouch or icon to sculpting complete new parts like arms and weapons. The modelling putty comes as a strip consisting of two colours when this is mixed it will become a green clay like material that can be sculpted into the desired shape." It then sets hard, but is slightly flexible so it does not snap easily. It is then easily filed, cut, sanded and painted.

| The Great Wolf ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Well it's not THAT expensive...I just bought 6 foot of it for 20 bucks...which is an awesome deal as that's enough to model/sculpt a ten man squad from scratch...but normally it runs about $12 per 3 foot length it comes in a 1" wide ribbon of two seperate materials...the yellow side is the actual putyy...and the blue side is the hardening agent...so a little common sence and you can make it as hard or soft as you want to...it has a good bond while it's setting up to most any materials especially metals and plastics...so NO GLUE needed... as for ease of modeling...there are ways to get around its rather sticky quality while it sets...keeping your tools moistened or using SMALL amounts of canola oil helps with the putty not sticking...of course you will have to wash it before painting..it's pliable/workable for around 90 minutes (give or take a few minutes depending on the mixture) and after it sets it has a slight flexibility that is actually no problem...at that point it sands and cuts very easily and is great for making just about anything you want for sprucing up your miniatures...Of course it's something that has to be worked at like anything else...start with small ideas and work it seperate before trying it on a model...good luck

| the age of insects ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | woa you can get that much for only 12 dollars? hmm..is this the GW green stuff? i get like 6 inches of it for $8.. argh. also, the beauty of it is being able to make molds for small things, like skulls and other details with a bit of green stuff and some vegetable oil, i believe. also, it makes a really strong bond when added to superglue. [got a pesky metal bit that just won't go on? try a bit of gs, use a little to fill the gap between bits and then add some superglue to both sides of the GS. :] -ant
