|  Imperial Fleet BFG For you Imperium lovers out there. Here are the first 10 ships which are themed after the Ultramarines. 30 more ships to go. Right now I still have a few chaos cruisers (plague fleet) to paint and 1 imperial battleship.        No matter how pretty they look, they are nothing but space debris.

| Re: Imperial Fleet BFG Hey for the size your ships look very good. I don't dare adding slight critique but I think I will do it anyways. Maybe a slight final drybrush would have been very good. Don't get me wrong, those ships look very good already. I like the small lights, the metallics and the hull. But I think with minimal effort you could achieve more. A lighter highlight on the hull via drybrush maybe? |

| Re: Imperial Fleet BFG Actually there is a slight highlight to the ship. I didnt want to go crazy because I have well over 80+ ships to paint before the end of the month. I have painted 40 or so in the last 2 weeks. So I should make it by the deadline. Trust me, I love going overboard on things I paint. But due to the scale, and the fact that this is a knock around fleet. I didnt bother. Dont get me wrong, I think it needs more also. But for the sake of time spent on this project, I need as much speed as possible. BTW I am painting up an imperial fleet and a chaos fleet for a campaign I am running at the beginning of next month. Still on the slate to be painted are bombers (imperial&chaos) / fighters (imperial&chaos) / planets / asteroids / and a mess of battleships for both sides. Right now on my painting table are the following. I am working on 12 cobra destroyers, 6 sword frigates, 6 firestorm frigates, 1 Emporer battleship (all metal multipart), 3 chaos cruisers, 4 imperial cruisers, chaos bombers, imperial interceptors. This all needs to be done by Saturday if I am to stay on schedule. Next week I will work on the planets, asteroids and cleanup more flashing off about 12 more ships. Its good to know there is somebody who will put their 2 cents in. I welcome it always.
