| first start with a layer of vermin brown, then a layer of bestial brown, then a final layer of bleached bone. that should give you the good off colored paper you want. this is what the eavy metal boys choose when they did the grey knights |

| My friend mixed his yellow and flat white (not sure what brands...) for parchment on his BT.

Blog Entries: 1 | start with a base coat of bronzed flesh. hit the recesses with some thinned down snakebite leather/beastial brown. then highlight up with bronzed flesh/bleached bone, then bleached bone, then bleached bone skull white. oh hold on...parchments? not robes? d'oh! well it should work well for both.

Blog Entries: 4 | hmmm. Well for parchment I went over the surfaces with a drybrush of scorched brown/tanned flesh, then bleached bone, then bleached bone/skull white. You could probably give it a (fairly) watered down brown ink wash to make it look old...
