|  Rebasing 100+ terminators for under £10! Hi Folks This whole project actually came about due to high winds knocking some slate tiles from my roof. What I came up with was a constuctive use of the smashed roof tiles. Below I have included pics and this has only taken me 2 days to get this far. first here are the components...  White glue (£1), Roof Slate, smashed up (free), Poker chips (Gotten for £5, in after Xmas sales), and decorative planting sand (wife picked this up for £1.37 at a popular discount food chain) First step is cover one side of poker chip with white glue, then add a few slate chips and then fill in gaps with the sand....  The next 2 images show the various painting steps, base coat black, then dry brush shadow grey, then highlight with fortress grey  And....  Lastly is a pic of a terminator on the base..... | Re: Rebasing 100+ terminators for under £10! Hi Folks Well the poker chips from a regulation poker set are exactly 40mm so they match perfectly. Plus something that I am finding out as I rebase the termies, the chips are more solid than the plastic GW bases making the minis more stable! I've done half my deathwing so far (51 termies so far out of 115) and it's taken me around 3 hours total work, not as bad as I was thinking. I'm using 3 colors on the bases (shadow grey, fortress grey, then space wolf grey) and they look good, like standing on the Rock itself  The only thing I can see thats going to be an issue is transporting them with the new bases. It was why I was procrastinating in the first place, as my deathing fills a GW case on its own. But that was going to be an issue no matter what.... Cheers

| Re: Rebasing 100+ terminators for under £10! Whew! Just finished 51 termies.... I've base coated the other 58 bases and will let them dry overnight (I'm knackered). Tomorrow comes the final push to finish the lot and I'll post pics when I'm done. Thanks for the great feedback, it's help motivate me to finish them as soon as possible Cheers!
