When I can afford more armies, I plan to paint my Ork grots blue with white pants, like smurfs.

i once played a guy whose grots all looked like garden gnommes. that was an odd game.

I have some old style static plastic ones that I painted dwarf flesh and made into a ratlingesque mortar squad.
